This was my second stay at the Polonia Hotel in Torun and I will certainly stay there again.
The staff cannot do enough to help you, whether getting you an extra pillow, sending faxes or arranging travel they do it well. The hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town and I expected it to cost a lot more purely for the location. -

Great alternative to a hotel. Unless you want a reception and staff at your beck and call 24/7 why would you stay at a hotel. I was served breakfast every day, any washing up done and room cleaned. The apartment was big and a colleague and I were able to work there each day using good internet speeds. The building is a beautiful old building renovated to a high standard. Location was great with the main streets of the old town outside your door.

The staff were very helpful, the second room I had was tiny but adequate and there I could access wifi. Wonderful location for viewing the old town. -
Just perfectly located in the city center. Breakfast was very good and there was everything you could think of.

Reception very friendly but limited English. letsbookhotel.com had listed a tea kettle in every room (which isn't the case), but the receptionist very kindly found us a kettle for our room.
