spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had
all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location
to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the

We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes.
The breakfast is awesome, easily as good as 4* and even some 5* ski resorts in parts of Austria and Chamonix previously.

We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. For most of our stay we were the only visitors and service except for meals was provided by the owners who could not do enough for us. We had breakfast and evening meals, which were both excellent, with good flexibility about timing. Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let
me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to
see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the
morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and
arranging things for you.

The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space.
Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.
Staff always offering to help out with tips and phone calls on our behalf.

Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. It is a really good hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel was very clean. Beautiful views, and tasty food, very good breakfast plenty of choice. For me is perfect.
