  hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..

  (+) The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use. Only 5min walk to town. The 292 bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just 5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine).   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   We booked the apartment on the 1st floor. It was larger than we expected and definitely worth what we paid for it. Hostel was quiet, which I count as a plus. It is near Ul. Karmelicka which had plenty of shops to keep our fridge stocked and a 10 minute walk from the Stare Miasto. Host was friendly and helpful. We only visited the common room once ... ce que les gens disent » on the last day but it looked welcoming. - We arrived into Krakow on a very late flight and didn't reach the hostel until 1 am. We had to wake the proprietor to check in, for which we felt very badly. However, he was very gracious and professional, and did not show the slightest touch of irritation at the situation. Our apartment was very clean and faced onto a quiet courtyard. We had a good night's sleep.

  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.   Fantastic location in the old town, just off the main square. We stayed in a double room and it was very clean, spacious and we only had to share a bathroom with one other room. Great kitchen, with b'fast provided in the morning and free tea and coffee all day.
