Vivacity is a very nice, very new, clean, and fresh, well furnished apartment. We had everything what we needed for our stay. Cleaning is available for 30 zloties/day but we did not need it. I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time.

Great Location , Beautiful Apartment , all typical 5 star facilities are available at the Hilton Hotel which it is attached to. Could not fault it in any way.

1 seul nuit dure de répondre mais étant arrivé a 23h30 a varsovie c'etait tres bien d'avoir une réception 24/24le la promo sur le prix était tres bien aussi 70€ au lieu de 150€. - Chaîne TV multiluingue; personne est oublié.

The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.
On the first floor you have a lounge area where you can sit and relax while having a coff

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.
