  Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!
