Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely. Huge green room with beutiful expose

The hostel is in a perfect location being five minutes from the train station and from the centre of the old town. I was in a ten bed dorm, which was roomy with space go bags etc. Everything was clean. The floors were hovered and washed. Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel.
The staff is super friendly and really helpful.
The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Bathrooms have a nice standard and they were very clean. -

Hotel is very good situated, only about 12 minutes of walk from the main market and 15 minutes of walk to get to Wawel castle. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..

Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.

The Tulip in close to everything. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.

Very good location for travelers. 2mins walk from Krakow glowny train station and center bus station, 5 mins walks to no.304 bus station which is go to salt mine, 10mins walk to old town and 15mins walk to wawel castel. Very nice , friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I booked for room with shared bathroom , the bathroom just next to my room and only 2 guest room shared with 1 bathroom so I never have to wait for that. I liked the alltogether location. It wasn't in the middle of all
sights, but the disctirct is filled with cafes, bookshops and places to
relax after a hard tourist's ordure. Breakfast was ok, just like
the common room. And I was given a hair-drier, which is nice. Also
there were enough sockets - sometimes it's a problem with hostels,
but not here.

Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. Highly recommended. -

Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. -

Great location, cheap and cheerful as you would expect. It seemed a bit like the family owned the top-floor and have modified half of their property into a little hostel. A hint if you can't get into the hostel or nobody is in reception; the family seem to live just across the landing. -
