  This was a very nice condo hotel located on a ski mountain in the middle of the Fjord region of Norway. Everything about this property is on the high end of Norweign standards and at a reasonable price.   Now this, for Norway was value for money. Staff were very friendly, nice atmosphere in the cafe/restaurant, best pizza I've ever had. Couldn't believe the room and the view from the full wall of window, 20 foot high.   Very spacious, well-appointed cabins with beautiful views up into the mountains and down to the city below. Great, easily accessible hiking trails for summer / autumn visitors. - Lovely views, clean and luxurious, should've stayed a few more nights!

  For Norway, a reasonable price. We did not mind cleaning for ourselves at the end of our stay. Clean, modern, comfortable for a family. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. Most likely you need a car. It was summer, so we used this as a homebase. Some daytrips we enjoyed: Gudvangan and ferry to/from Flam. Great location - in a hour you can reach 1) Gudvangen to the East (great Naroyfjord nearby, and also stunning view from the serpantine road above the tonnel to Gudvangen), 2) great Hardangerfjord to the South 3) Sognefjord to the North (and near the road to Sognefjord you can walk over snow fields even in August!).   It was a really nice apartment and we enjoyed it all very much. We had our own floor with private bath, kitchen and living room, even free wifi, a laptop and tv! Laptop is attached to the tv which is really nice, you can watch whatever you want online. Internet works fine :) All the locks on the doors are working. For the rest, you can cook yourself and if you need more towels or anyth - Alot of thought has gone into the needs of a traveller in an expensive country. Our apartment had a full kitchen, was spacious, separate bedroom & a computer with a portable keyboard & mouse that was hooked up to the flat screen tv. We could watch streamed movies & had internet access. We were on the ground floor. Was very quiet despite people upstairs.
