We can't be sure that all rooms have the same level of equipment,
but we were staying in nr 1. which is exclusive one with private open
deck and hot tube.
This was just perfect to get some relaxation after transfer and city-trips.

Room -
Shared bathrooms are totally nice- only shared with one or two other rooms, so it's hardly noticeable even and feels as private as you'd fancy. Really awesome staff with great service and truly gourmet food in downstairs café- just off Cuba street so super centrally located, but set on a quiet, safe side street. I'll be going back again for sure! Highly recommend whether you're new to Wellington or back for a repeat visit.

The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. The location was right in the city and it was an easy walk and elevator ride down to Lambton Quay, the waterfront, supermarket, shops etc. I especially liked the fact that given we had preschool-age children, the rooms weren't adorned with things they could 'play' with (wreck!). It exceeded my expectations. For being in the heart of the city, it was great value for the money. I was worried it would be the least of places we stayed in NZ. Instead it was the nicest. My daughter and I enjoyed the access to the pool and exercise equipment, and the lift to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was most comfortable with a great kitchen, and our own washer / dryer. We would certainly recommend it to our friends.

The very friendly and helpful manager. He booked a city tour bus for us.
Had leaflets and costs of the various modes of transport to get to the
airport and on our day of departure phoned and organised the Shuttle
bus. Also stored our luggage until it was time for our departure. It was
in easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the museum.

The corner apartment was great and the building felt safe after the earthquakes and us coming from Christchurch. The locatin was perfect. The senior staff member (female) was friendly and easy going. The apartment had all that we needed - the bath was great and being able to do our washing was a bonus. -

Bathroom and kitchen were newly refurbished and looked great. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great to be able to have free parking and an easy walk to the city shops, restaurants, theatre etc. Owner/Manager very nice and accomodating - he was able to juggle bookings to provide us with an extra night at very late notice. -

I really liked the convenience of the location - right by Lambton Quay and Queen's Wharf, but not far from Courtney Place etc either. We had a nice, quiet room that was spacious and well laid out. It was great having a shower that wasn't over a bath (safer!). The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Taxis were very handy,

Efficient location, good room layout for a small Studio style, all staff were very friendly and acknowledged us - from the reception to the staff tending to the rooms & in the service lift to cap park. As ex Wellingtonians, it was great to find somewhere stylish but modest where we now know we can have a good stay in the city at a good rate for a weekend. -
Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. Access to and from carpark facility was excellent, safe and secure although it was a little tight in places especially if you own a large car. We ordered the full buffet breakfast. The selection of food available was excellent and the discounted price was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and inviting.

Good location, everything functioned well, clean, helpful no-frills front desk. We did not use restaurant facilities.
Anyone considering booking should note that taxis drop off and pick up in Gilmer Tce, which is level with 7th floor reception, walk along well lit underground carpark. Take lift to ground level, then walk down Plimmer Steps to get to Lambton Quay. Lift does not go right down to street level.

We chose the apartment because we wanted to be able to self cater. Also it was very close to where we would be working. The location is great - all that the CBD has to offer with easy access to the waterfront. We were impressed (and relieved) that the receptionist had made arrangements for us to collect the key as we arrived late due to a delayed flight.
