The room was serviced everyday even include washing used dishes and kitchen utensils. I found other motels which charge much higher in Queenstown do not provide such service

We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, who showed us to our room and gave us two freshly baked muffins, lovely. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The next morning I asked where I could book a particular trip to Milford Sound - the receptionist sorted it all out for me and booked the cruise.
The laundry facilities were also very handy and, again, spotless.

We had a 3 bedroom cottage which was very nice and comfortable. We had a log fire in the lounge room, a big kitchen/dining room, laundry with waching machine and dryer and 3 good sized bedrooms. It was nice to be able to do washing without having to go find somewhere to change money into dollar coins, we were all able to have clean and dry clothes

Ray and Leonie run a beautiful set of cottages on a property attached to their house in Te Anau. The cottage we rented was clean, and fully furnished with a stovetop, microwave, and dishes for four. Ray also runs bus tours to local attractions, including Milford Sound. We had our own car, and didn't take him up on his offer for a tour, but we never felt pressured to do so. In two weeks visiting New Zealand, this was our favorite place to stay!

The owner of this hotel was very friendly and helpful and booked our trip to Milford Sound for us. The room we had was very comfortable with a nice garden setting to sit in and enjoy the lovely weather we enjoyed while touring the South Island. We would certainly recommend this motel to our friends and family.

It is very conveniently located near Manipouri to be able to catch the Doubtful Sound boats and in fact arranges and has discounts on the Doubtful Sound and Milford Sounds trips (for some but not all trips). we rent and booked 2 bedrooms apt . we notified that we would be there 5 adults and 2 children. the rooms were as expected. 1 room with 3 single beds and another bed room with double bed. and they prepared the sofa bed in the living room to very comfy . i recommend this apartment to whom want to go holiday with family. dont worry they have all necesarry things to cook . laundry is also available ib other sidebof the apArtment.

Wendy and Roger have designed and created a perfect home from home. We are a discerning (not to say fussy) pair of travellers and we were 100% delighted by every detail. Wendy has an exacting eye - everything is spick and span; each element carefully thought-through. And yet she and Roger maintain an easy, welcoming warmth and joyful countenance.

We have travelled all over the world (literally!) so we have stayed at 4/5 star hotels in multiple different countries. We had a fantastic stay at Dunluce and were so glad we stayed here! The room was very clean (I am picky!), was well decorated, and had an amazing view. We also enjoyed the breakfast and snacks/drinks provided. There was a separate entrance for guests vs. having to enter the owners' house, which we always enjoy. I would highly recommend Dunluce to friends and family!

I had a wonderful stay at Fjordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments. The heating was excellent, and very welcome after tramping outdoors, it was very clean and comfortable, and there were luxuries in the details like the toiletries and complete utensil set in the kitchen. The lakeview from the garden literally outside our door was truly spectacular, and it is a short and easy walk to town centre or the conservation centre. The staff were warm and helpful. I would definitely go back there to stay,

We had a 2 bedroom unit for our family with 2 young children.The unit was clean and tidy. Our hosts were kind enough to lend a big Fisher Price toy which kept our young ones occupied. We were planning to go to Milford Sound the next day and our hosts kept us up-to-date with regards to the road conditions to Milford Sound. There was also laundry and dryer facilities available for us. Wi-Fi Internet was also provided for free which was rare during our trip to New Zealand.

I loved the customer service! Dianne dd not treat us with animosity as
we were delayed in arriving our first night. She welcomed us with a
smile and helpful information for our tour at Milford Sound early the
next morning. She provided us with other advice around town a well. I
must note that I left my purse there at checkout and went on to

The staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, warm, and informative. The room was so comfortable and had so many amenities - microwave, French press, fresh milk, refrigerator, teas, coffees! We arrived so late and we were so tired and it was so nice to have such a lovely room in which to stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
