  Good clean cheap hotel. When I came only older people (50 and older), so the hotel was quite quiet as well. Directly in the city center, everything was easy to reach. The breakfast was great. - Budget friendly hotel with very friendly and service minded staff. Small but clean and well maintained room. Excellent breakfast.   We loved this place in Franeker. It was just unique in every way. Right beside the canal with so many lovely old buildings that looked like they fell out of a post card. Beyond anything we even expected or hoped for. The perfect example of a historic Dutch town, even with moats and zig-zag canals.
