  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted.   I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. From the staff to the cleanliness, to the room....it was all excellent. Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room. It was very quiet. The ambiance in the restaurant area in the morning is very nice. Very c - 3 night stay - Hotel located very close to Metro line - station can be seen from the hotel - so if you are travelling by car, just leave it at the hotel and travel by public transport to the city center. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day.   The hotel is really wonderful! We stayed there with my friend for 4 nights at the end of May and were really suprised with everything. First, location. You're in the centre but away from the noisy crowd. Dam Square is within 15 min walk. The tram stop is just next to the hotel so it's really easy to get everywhere in Amsterdam. The rooms are well-equipped, though not large, but there is enough space and furniture for - The hotel is easily reachable by public transport. I spent two nights in the hotel and enjoyed comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfasts and friendly staff who was always there ready to help. When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go. Thanks to the hotel manager's advice during my short stay I managed to visit almost all the top attractions in Amsterdam. If you like walk
