I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer.

I got really impressed by the cleaness and comfort. The beds are
wonderful. The bedding was very clean and nice. The furniture seems
brand new. The shower is great! Free and fast wi-fi. The There is a
kinder garden right in front of the hotel, so I think that's why the
street is closed for cars, which makes it really peaceful even in the
middle of everything else. You're just a few steps from the best
museums, transports, Hard Rock Cafe, a Canal Cruise stop and much more.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at
short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints.

I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.
