This Hotel is run by Family Rekko located in a quiet district near Helpoort. The elder gentleman (should be the owner) was nice, speaking slow but very clear English. At the first day we were the only two guests, but breakfast still well-prepared with boiled eggs and hot tea/coffee. Excellent service. -

It is more like "your house in Maastricht", when you arrive, you get your own set of keys that give you access to an old Dutch house and your allocated room out of the just eight the room has. A perfect location, just a few steps from the main Vrijthof square.
The room (number 3) was at the back of the building and so was very quiet - despite the noisy funfair in the square.

Spectacular, beautiful design hotel rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and furnished. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment.
Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

The staff were very welcoming on our arrival to start our honeymoon. There was a bottle of champagne awaiting us in our room. They accommodated our every needs throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and especially Room 6 overlooking the beautiful square at Christmas. A wonderful experience and we have personally thanked all the staff at the hotel.

Very friendly staff! At the last moment I could not find my socket adapter and I've been provided them. Even one for 13A that is very difficult to find in common places. And in general they helped me a lot (this trip was stroke of bad luck for me). Good breakfast. Quite place.
