It was clean and well decorated.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend the apartments to groups of people going to Amsterdam but Im not sure we would have liked it so much if we had to share with another couple.   A very good alternative to a dull hotelroom. Could make our own food, you relax better in an apartment than a hotel room. Situated in a quiet area, but only 5 min walk to innercity Amsterdam. - Very lovely room, great communication with tjeed. I would stay there again in future.

  We had a great time at the houseboat. The house is well appointed, the owners are great, and the location is the best. We would often sit out on the deck in the evening with a bottle of wine and watch the locals go putting by in their canal boats. We felt like residents. All you have to do is draw back the curtains or sit on the deck and you can - We were delighted with our stay in the blue houseboat . The location was perfect for what we wanted to do , ie see the Anne Frank house , the Van Gogh exhibition at the hermitage , the Rijks museum , eating out and wandering the shops of the nine street and Jordaan areas . The houseboat itself was very cosy and spotless , just like sn apartement , with all we could need for our stay. Guy was most welcoming and helpful . It was a lovely way to see Amsterdam .

  Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door. We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views. It is situated above a sw - we had an excellent time at residence sweets, the staff treat you like family and are lovely, our breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh.. the room was tidy, clean and spacious. excellent location near to all squares and just around the corner is canal trips and shops. we got to come and go as we pleased,excellent. we really enjoyed our stay, and will defiantly be booking again, thank you

  Was made very welcome, room was perfect for what we needed. Would recommend to anyone. - Great warm welcome from the owners. Felt very comfortable and cosy.
