On arrival to the Earlys, it was a lovely surprise when you walked in through the front door (into the "new" suite), very clean and modernized and also a quiet place to stay in on the canal and also within a 5 minutes walk to a busier part of Amsterdam to get access for trams & buses to the heart of the city. theres an abundance of shops, bars

I have never been to more romantic place than this. You can have a glass of good wine on the terrace in the evening and watch the full moon reflecting in the watter just 3 meters in front of you. In the morning you can spend ages by waking yourself up by a mug of hot coffee and feeding the ducks with bread and you will have the feeling you can nearly touch them. It's pretty far from city center (6 km or somethIng like that) but this is absolutely no problem in the world's cycling capital. Early

Excellent location in an upscale neighbourhood close to the hustle and
bustle of the city but far enough away for it to a relaxing retreat.
Being right next to Vondelpark was a wonderful benefit. The room was
very elegant and comfortable. Having the kitchen was very helpful and
reasonably stocked which is really a benefit when travelling with kids

This property has charming private suites with a special extra touch of amenities. They offer a delicious breakfast with a deluxe coffee/espresso-maker in the room. Our suite has a deep soaking bathtub and separate shower with rain-shower and hand held shower-head. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and as if we were at home. We had an amazing stay at sophies. We had a couple of requests for Sophie which she was more than happy to accomodate. We found Sophie to be very welcoming and friendly, we felt like we where staying with a friend, loved everything about our stay, especially Frank, sophies friendly little black cat. -
