Following a previous visit I placed an unfair negative comment about a "low quality" mattress on this site.   The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms are modern. - Even though the hotel is old, it's recently been renovated and kept in good shape! Very polite and helpful staff!
