From the start, we were made to feel very welcome. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us.
The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra. And the turtles were a star attraction - role models for contemplation.

The building is great with a traditional riad style. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We liked everything. The Riad is in an excellent location in the centre of the old Medina but in a very quite street. The place is very relaxing and the internal patio is very beautiful. At the beginning it is not easy to find as it is in a small, hidden street. So it is better to ask for some guidance just for the first time. We stayed in Meknes room which was fantastic, in original Maroccan style. The staff is very kind, helpful and always available. We would definitely recommend this Riad as

Very helpful and friendly staff - they said 'This is your home' and it felt as such. Lovely Riad tucked away from the madness of the Marrakech. The breakfasts were excellent and the evening meal we had. It was very comfortable and reasonably priced. They were lovely with our 4yr old daughter. We would have no hesitation recommending this to others.
