  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  Cool hotel - Tout était Absolument parfait! de l'accueil jusqu'à la fin du séjour! Probablement le meilleur Hôtel de Marrakech et probablement le meilleur personnel! Il ne le parait pourtant pas du tout vue de l'extérieur et face au mastodonte qu'est le Sofitel (juste une rue à traverser)...   We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk. The room was excellent and comfortable. I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic. Planning to stay here again next year.... ce que les gens disent » - The hotel was amazing, everything was great, rooms were big and had two TVs with English firms and new 24hrs a day. Staff were always ready with a smile to help. The swimming pool is large and the bar was reasonable for food and drinks. We will be returning next year
