L'hotel est très bien.Il est très bien entretenu les repas sont très bon a comparer avec certain hotel all inclusiv.Le directeur est très pro il sait très bien tenir son personnel .Il va meme regarder les plats qui sont proposé au buffet.Je recommande cet hotel et j'y retournerais .Le personnel est très poli.Les animateurs sont très sympa.

l'équipe de la restauration des serveurs au responsable cuisine (un français Claude ) mille fois mercis, l'espace magnifique les piscines grandes et superbes, l'équipe d'animation adorable et MIA s'occupe à merveille des enfants le confort des chambres génial

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel la direction (Ichem MELLAOUI je crois que c'est comme cela,mais il se reconnaitra) ne sait pas tenir son personnel et son staf c'est honteux quand vous formulez des doléances vous êtes considérés comme un pestiféré le monsieur ne supporte pas les réflexions j'ai dormi dans un lit avec des draps sales et le SPA nul pas bien tenu on vous demande de prendre rendez-vous deux jours avant mais le jour arrivé on ne vous retrouve pas et Monsieur le Directeur fait quoi rien

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All drinks such as wines and beers were included so you can drink as much as you can without paying anything. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for two extra days.

Although there are so many varieties of food, nothing really tastes good.

The warm welcome, excellent check in, bottled water in room, ice cold beer with lunch on the terrace, clean pools for swimming, cocktails at dawn, fresh fish for supper and endless amount of excellent wine.

Excellent complex with really nice pools and generally friendly staff. The food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations and we liked the easy access to the city centre. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff in the lobby could have been more friendly and informative about some of the procedures at the hotel. Generally though the staff were very pleasant.

Apart from some minor issues, the hotel is modern, clean and has great facilities to help you relax and forget the sometimes tiring negotiations with the locals at the medinas. Very clean and nice rooms. Impressive facilities and great choice of food.

Some staff seem a bit arrogant, as if they were the ones paying your stay. This was particularly true at the pool bar. Wifi was weak everywhere apart from the reception area. Swimming pool schedule is too tight. It closes at 18h.

As a group of 13 girls, we all said that we had an amazing stay the hotel was beautiful and clean. The food was of a very high standard with plenty of fresh options for an ai. The staff were very accomodating as they moved us the next day due to building works oppersite. We were only 10 minutes from the airport and square, pay no more than 150 dirham.

When we checked out there was a confusion with the bill which took nearly 2 hours all in all to sort out, so check out early...

We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. We do recommand highly this Club

may be a bit far from the town center, but you'll find quietness and pure air ovrethere

Amazing place that suited our needs! Very family friendly, helpful staff, luxury without being too posh or cold! Food, food, food as well as drink - all inclusive! We were treated so kindly and so were my children. There is a kids club for young children and babies as well as spa and tons of activities for adults too. Shuttle to and from medina although everything you need is right at the hotel and you could just pamper yourself and never leave too.

Our A/C was a bit weak in our room but it was okay in our children's room (they stayed in a separate suite with our au pair). In both our room and the suite the toilet paper roll was only half full and there was no spare roll! We all ran out by the first night and had to call for more tp which they brought up but we had to wait and my son was stuck on the toilet for 20 minutes waiting. I smelled a faint sewer smell in the evening that came from the bathrooms in the suite (it had to bathrooms)

Generally very nice, clean hotel

Maybe due to it being in the low season, but the entertainment in the evening was non existent, we were told at a bar (not by reception) that we should get a taxi to Pasha's, which was part of the same company, there we would find a caberet, and nightclub etc. Unfortunately we only found out this info 2 nights into our 4 night stay!! Also, upon arrival, i noticed our room fridge was not keeping cool. I reported this to reception, they said they would look into it, but nothing was done.

drinks (cocktails, wine, alcohol) is local and bad reception staff and services: very unfriendly, poor, phone response is a disaster, don't do what they tell you in e-mails cold pool

Lovely pool area and a really nice SPA . Plenty to eat and a decent variety of food types.

TV channels limited and no pay per view option, which you would expect in a 5 star. (this is required during bad weather periods as there is not much to do if the weather turns).
