Our visit to Marrakesh wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for Soufiane! Such a brilliant service, lovely guy!!; The location is excellent! Don't get too scared by the alleys that lead to the Riad, it is safe!; excellent breakfast (juice, tea, coffee, breads, pancakes, honey, jam, fruits); peaceful and relaxing atmosphere; very comfortable beds and pillows; air conditioner in the rooms!; lovely terrace.

I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea
for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him
credit here..

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. We stayed for two days and were very disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend it. The location is good and the rooms were OK although a little tired & lighting was poor as some light bulbs were not working. The lady who served breakfast was excellent and friendly but we found the male manager very unhelpful.

Fantastic place to stay. Very helpful staff that sit down with you when you arrive to try and help you get used to navigating the streets. Very clean, great breakfast, quiet place to retreat to after the busy streets and souks. Close walk to Jemaa El Fna and shopping. Initially finding the Riad can be challenging, but if you ask your taxi driver to take you to Ben Youssef, you should have no trouble finding it. The service is second to none. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.
