L'équipe du riad shanima et spa sont des personnes qui nous ont
beaucoup touché, tant par leur disponibilité, leur accueil chaleureux,
leur présnce discrète, les échanges que l'on a pu avoir, leur
sourire et leur amabilité. Tout était parfait, et le charme de Marrakech
a opéré en grande partie grâce à eux. La ville regorge de monuments, de
rencontres. Cela a été un plaisir de séjourner au cœur de la

I found this Ryad amazing. After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above.
Room:The room was very very well decorated in proper Moroccan style with wooden furniture. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. It had an amazing interior with wall paintings and sword decorations and stuff. A beautiful window with colored glasses. I was quite happy with my room as it was clean, decorated and had everything function

What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery -
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. Riad itself a blissful island of calm when Marrakech can be just a bit much.Excellent value,included breakfast was simple but really good,the one evening meal we ate in-house was good and pretty good value-with decent enough bottle of local red wine. Staff friendly and helpful.

1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th

The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.
