  The hotel was very clean in all areas that I saw. The bed was very comfortable as was other furniture in public areas. The shower in the bathroom was great, very hot and powerful. Loved the location, next door to a supermarket, opposite the bus station, taxis at the front door, 10 mins walk to Jmna el Fna.
