Riad Assalam is a great place to stay. Less than 10 minutes from Jemma El-Fnaa, it's a short (& easy to navigate!) stroll to get there but you'll appreciate a bit of distance from the noise and hustle and bustle of the square and souks. Lots of beautiful common areas to relax when you return to the riad. Impeccably clean rooms with air con.

Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all
the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a
moroccon style with a big bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace.
I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.

Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.

Concernant le lieu : Un riad idéalement situé (au calme pour la nuit, mais à 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jema el Fna), des chambres tout confort à la décoration splendide, un bassin idéal pour se rafraîchir après une journée de marche, des petits-déjeuners copieux et délicieux...

Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. A fantastic Riad right in the heart of the Medina a few minutes walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa on an unassuming little back street, but behind the beautiful wooden door lies an oasis of calm and service that's second to none.
