  Treated us so well - nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed with mint tea and sweet treats and the faultless service continued from there. We were two mums travelling with our kids. They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  It was the perfect stay for our week in Marrakech. Centrally located (7 minutes from Jemaa el Fna), but in a quiet street. The manager Simo was very helpful. Since it was July and Ramadan, it was not busy in the riad, so we got an upgrade to a bigger room for free. The breakfast was very nice and can be served on the roof terrace if you want. Simo helped us with pointing out the best shops to buy our souvenirs and he took - The Riad was really peaceful. Such a relaxing stay! The staff was very kind, welcoming and thoughtful.

They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage. L’accueil y est excellent, le décor et les chambres climatisées de toutes beautés, sans oublier un bassin à bulles façon jacuzzi indispensable pour se rafraîchir par grosses chaleurs !! Le confort est sans appel et la terrasse offrant une vue panoramique sur les toits de Marrakech est encore un petit plus que nous ne so - Concernant le lieu : Un riad idéalement situé (au calme pour la nuit, mais à 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jema el Fna), des chambres tout confort à la décoration splendide, un bassin idéal pour se rafraîchir après une journée de marche, des petits-déjeuners copieux et délicieux...   We had a delightful 2 day stay at Riad Diana at the beginning of a 10 day holiday in Morocco. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours (because of snow in England!) so we arrived fairly late at night. It was a lovely relaxing way to start our holiday. The staff at Riad Diana are so friendly and welcoming. We were - Riad Diana is a very nice riad with very friendly staff. Also the taxi drivers used by this riad were very very friendly! The Riad has a very good location: easy to find, just a minute walk from a cosy shopping street and just a few minutes walk to the jemaa el fna square. So close to the hustle and bustle but in the Riad you don't hear anything from outside!   We just returned from a weekend in Marrakech. We were so pleased with this riad. Simo arranged our transport from/to the airport and greeted us upon arrival with mint tea. We had already arranged our excursions for the trip, but he was ready and willing to help us plan anything we needed. We had dinner at the riad our first night. They only had two bottles of red on hand the first night, which we d - The 6 of us had such a great time. Simo and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful, arranging a traditional Morroccan meal for our late arrival, advising us on sights and restaurants and organising a day at a beautiful private pool when the temperature hit 40! The location within the medina next to the Royal Palace is great and although the walk to Jemaa el fna takes 10-15 minutes it means you see more of the side streets plus the palace walls with nesting storks.
