  Well located in the heart of the Medina, we found the suite to be roomy and sunny and provided a very enjoyable 4 day stay. We were met at the train station and delivered to the riad quickly and efficiently for a small fee.   What a great place! We too were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was not full. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. The included breakfast was wonderful especially the fresh orange juice, Moroccon coffee, fresh pastries and more. The tile work, decor and small touches in the hotel are wonderful too. Our first night we ate in the hotel and it - Staff was great (especially Mustafá)! We were 2 couples and we reserved suite amina, but since Hotel wasn't full they upgraded us to 2 beautiful and confortable bedrooms (with great bathroom) in a house just in front of the main building, witch had all facilities corresponding to the main building including wireless wich worked very well! Location is near Bab Guissa, wich is very convenient if you have a car, since you can leave it in the park (not free) just outside medina and walk just a bit

I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

It's hard to find without guide for the first time, but it's the same for most other riads in the medina. The hotel owner came to pick us up which was sweet.
