  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.   My husband and I stayed here only 1 night passing through from Marrakech to our next destination. We loved the service at the hotel and since our room was not ready upon arrival they upgraded us to a suite with 2 bedrooms & a kitchen which would have been even better if we were staying longer.
