كان ملائم جدا للراحة بعد جولة بالمدينة ، وحمام الغرفة واسع ومميز ، ونظافة الغرفة والسرير والتكييف ، فريق الفندق كان متعاون ويسدي نصائح رائعه لزيارة المدينة ، موقع الفندق بقلب كازابلانكا . -
beautiful hotel and the people who receive very polite and professional in the case of youness, Khalid, hamza, aisha, Loubna. Highly recommended.

Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it.
We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival the manager apologized and refund the price f

When leaving we found the amount had been added to the bill due to the cashie -
I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny
We will definitely be going back,
