The location to the central plaza, main attractions, shopping and dining in San Miguel is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good and available menu items good as well. The hotel is immaculate, our room was very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated with nice artwork and flowers everywhere. We really appreciated the nearby parking lot for our car. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city.

San Miguel de Allende has been on my list of must see for a long time and it was more than what I could have ever expected! Case Serra Nevada was an extra plus and we could not have been happier with our choice.. from reception to departure we enjoyed every minute.
