We booked 1 night here but after staying the night we kept extending it for another 4. The ladies at check in are so friendly and helpful. We had a mishap with our luggage at the airport and they instantly came to our rescue in sorting the situation out, so much so that the next morning we woke up to the girls at the check in offering to bus back

Excellent staff. Despite being so close to night clubs such as Cocobongo and Palazzo the noise is not a problem when you are in the rooms at the back of the hotel. Me and my wife had no problems with that. It's right next to the 5th avenue, the most famous street for shopping and hanging out.

I liked Cintia and Luis. They were very very hostile and sweet. I hope next time we go we'll see them again. The location is also perfect. The staff in the restaurant also very sweet. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and though there is light all around the hotel in the room you can do total darkness. Overall loved the place. Recommend it for younger couples/people.

The location is fantastic. Best on the Playa del Carmen. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the surf: in your own hammock on your own little patio, if you choose. Personnel à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. Hotel très bien situé, très charmant. Très belles chambres. La plage est à 100m mais je ne vous la conseille pas. Si vous voulez faire de la bronzette sur la plage, il vaut mieux prendre un all inclusive mais pour ceux qui veulent visiter c'est l’hôtel idéal !! -
