All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

The ocean-view room had a fantastic patio overlooking the beach and was the perfect place for our sunrise coffees and evening drinks. The room was very spacious with a table large enough for family card games and a fridge big enough to store groceries. The location was amazing, really close to the 5a Avenida, where all shops and restaurants are. I had read that the beds are hard, and they are - however, they aren't that bad, and we had no problem sleeping in them. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The place was very cheap for how good it was, an incredible value - I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

This is a great spot! I stayed a little over a week and enjoyed it!
It's right next to the main walking strip and a short walk to the beach.
The breakfast was good and if you ask for an eggs the guy will cook them up for you.
I stayed in room 24 and the ac was cold and I was able to stream movies via the Internet. I can't speak for the other roo

Centrally located very cute hotel (it is a language school at the same time), with a nice room, including a fridge, with a good breakfast to get started in the morning and a pleasant pool to kick back in the evenings. Friendly and helpful staff as well. I really enjoyed my stay.

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher

It is a nice hotel, 400 m from the beach, centrally located, with a kitchen and a bed room on separate divisions. Air conditioned is only on the living room and a very slow fan is on the sleeping room. WC is clean and has a window. Very clean. Studio well located on the 5th Avenue, few steps from the beach, even without pool you can use the one at Xperience hotel located 2 streets from there.
We got problem with some spiders, which has been immediately managed and settled by the hotel.
