All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

We stayed in a suite and it was a beautiful room, wonderful facilities and a very comfortable bed. The shower was really good too. Would stay again.

We booked 1 night here but after staying the night we kept extending it for another 4. The ladies at check in are so friendly and helpful. We had a mishap with our luggage at the airport and they instantly came to our rescue in sorting the situation out, so much so that the next morning we woke up to the girls at the check in offering to bus back

The ocean-view room had a fantastic patio overlooking the beach and was the perfect place for our sunrise coffees and evening drinks. The room was very spacious with a table large enough for family card games and a fridge big enough to store groceries. the location is great, the staff is great,you have to remember for the price you are getting what you pay for for a beach front hotel. it is a basic budget mexican hotel. no problem, the lunchs at the restaurnat are good.

The location was amazing, really close to the 5a Avenida, where all shops and restaurants are. I had read that the beds are hard, and they are - however, they aren't that bad, and we had no problem sleeping in them. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The place was very cheap for how good it was, an incredible value - I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!
