  We definitely loved almost everything about this hotel!!! Perfect location. Big and great rooms. I loved bathroom where they somehow managed to fit in good walk-in shower and a short but very deep bath which was comfortable even with my height! Cleaning was perfect. I totally loved attitude of staff and the fact that you can use hotel car - The service was excellent and impeccable! The staff went above and beyond expectations and were very courteous!   The hotel was very nice and the surroundings as well.. lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Also very safe area and walking distance to the angel of independence and Reforma - I've been in this hotel twice and I love it.

  It's a perfect place to stay in Mexico City for a family with small child. The suites are well-equiped, clean and very nice. There is everything you might need. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. There are a laundry and a gym free of charge. There were no problems with wi-fi in room, the signal was strong and constant. The staff does not speak English but they were very polite and friendly. The Sevilla metro station is in about 10 min walk and the Chapultepec is in about 15-20 min walk. Would recommend for staying.

Free parking was essential because the street is a paid area.
