    Large room, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Located in nice area, feels safe & is close to nice restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to the subway station. Wifi works well. - a. Location was good - close to Paseo de la Reforma. Metro - closest is Insurgentes (about 10 mins walk)

    Very friendly and helpful reception and nice cleaning and cooking staff. Their location is really good, 2 min to the Metrobus station, within 10 min to the subway station and 20 min to the Plaza Reforma. I walked a lot because it's enjoyable to do so. I like cooking at the kitchen at the roof top and I saw quite a few other guests doing - The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. I met some amazing people in the hostel from around Latin America. The owner, Angel Ortiz is very accommodating, which is good. The staff of Humberto, Giovanni, Eric, and Lupita are incredible! The breakfast is very hearty, healthy, and tastes good.
