Ce que les gens disent
Homely atmosphere. Felt more like a home visit than a stay at a hotel. The casual decor, the pool table, the coffee/tea and toast on the patio for breakfast, the clean comfort of the room, all felt more like visiting relatives than staying in a hotel. The location, in the city, yet in a quiet neighborhood was a great plus.
I liked my stay in the hotel. It is situated near the city centre, just 5 min by car from Twin Towers. Staff is great and helpful, room was very comfortable and clean. I stayed for $50 what was a great quality/price relation that night in KL.tous commentaires »
We had a great stay at Damai 11. Our host welcomed us and gave us great tips to get to the city and back. The rooms are very big and clean. It was the most relaxing place we stayed at during our holiday in Malaysia.
The host who welcomed us was very helpful and friendly. He even walked
us to the nearest lrt station (Damai Station, about 5 minutes away). He
helped us get on the train and provided tourist info.
DAMAI 11 is like a secret garden near KL city centre! staff are very friendly and helpful, making the place like your own home.
I loved the staff and it was secure. 2min walk to the train station.
The staff friendliness and also the cleanliness of the rooms.
staff, location,big rooms.
Service + Serenity.
Very quiet corner of the city, staff is very friendly and helpful, safe private car park, complementary simple breakfast (toast & coffee). Large rooms.
the staff is friendly and the hotel is located at a peaceful area ,good !peace and far from the crowed .
Clean and the bed is quiet comfortable !.
Staff are so nice, especially a guy called Jason. Location is near city center. Prices are good.
good if you are going to an embassy in the area.
No hassle check in.
Hospitality.
very Friendly staff and out of hazel and bezel of Kuala Lumpur trafic.
I cannot think of much. Although the location is actually very close to the KL central, getting a taxi is very difficult.
Nothing.
It is a little out of the way but with the train so close by, it was
easy to get to other places. Taxis did not know where it was located and
the fare was a little pricey (20rm from Chinatown and 15rm from klcc).
not good for ones looking for luxury,
if the road to Damai lrt station is more safe , and well-constructed, then transportation would be much easier.
little bit scary at night, need a taxi from KLCC (only 10RM~2.5$).
Credit card machine wasn't working.
No phones in rooms.
Some more furniture required.
the location is not good ,need to take a taxi to go outside.
No fridges in single rooms, TV channels are all bad in signal and limited to local TV. No taxis near by, no grocery or restaurant near by.
cast away from everywhere .
The staff were not in uniform and that sort of tells you that the hotel is a little lackadaisical. But it was typically pay, stay, go.
very disturbing in the night by some guest.
location problem
and high cost compare to facilities
No flexibility with customers.
Very difficult for taxi to find. No proper reception.Felt isolated and unsafe from the moment of arrival. I could go on, but bottom line , this place should have been rated under 5 not 7+.
