  Excellent hotel. I have been to Busan 4 times each staying at a different hotel, this is by far the best of all of them. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast buffet - The service was excellent and my initial complained (construction noise) was dealt with professional manner by the assistant manager on duty Mr. Lee.

  You cannot beat the location. Across from beach and restaurants up and down the street. Nice night club in hotel called the Hive. Played a lot of techno music. - The bed is very comfortable. The front desk answers the calls promptly. They made changes quickly to make customers happy.

  In general, everything was of good standard. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is not new but renovated and comfortable. - Excellent service and helpful staff. A step out Haeundae Beach. Beautiful views. Thoughtful and comfortable facilities and amenities. Good food.

  Staff was amazing and friendly, food was excellent, room was spacious and cozy, spa was amazing, the gym and pool area were very large and great, overall an wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend it. Plus the staff speak some english and are helpful in locating things to do. Beautiful place and great location.
