Early check in is possible but is subject to availability. Please note that a non-refundable deposit will be charged on your credit card on the day of booking. The rest of the total amount must be paid by PayPal or by credit card 30 days prior to arrival . Payment instruction will be sent from the property once the prepayment has been confirmed. Additional fees will apply for late check-in after 21:00 Guest will be requested to sign a contract upon arrival. A security deposit is required for incidentals and must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival. This deposit is fully refundable between 4-7 days following the guests’ departure from the apartment and after the property has gone through inspection for damages.
