  Owner of Villa Mainard was one of the nicest people we've ever met! Even with limited English, he was so helpful to us. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and wonderful to stay in - we wish we could have stayed longer! He also recommended the best pizza we've ever eaten in our lives - all in all, a great stay. - We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

  Set in the hills of Verona with amazing views. The design and architecture are superb. The owner Alberto welcomes you with a warm smile and makes you feel at home. We had a young family and stayed in the studio which was away from the main building, but never the less beautiful. It was truly luxurious. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts. There was a separate kitchen area with everything you need. If you stay for a long time you can prepare some food with no trouble. The fridge could hold an elephant! Location is good for car but can also easily be accessed by bus - stop is right after the corner, travel to the city center takes 10-15 min.

  My husband and I along with 3 children stayed in the apartment of this beautiful hotel Easter weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The day we arrived we enjoyed a wonderful 4 course meal with a bottle of wine overlooking Verona. We both agreed it was the best meal we had on our holiday.   Our room was fantastic with a large bathroom. Luxuriously set up and ideally located. Everything worked well and Maria cooked us wonderful breakfasts each morning. It was a perfect location for our weekend visit to Verona. Being within the ZTL area means hardly any cars around. Luigi was the perfect host, clea - Beautifully located in the heart of Verona, near all the places you want to see and all nice fashion shops and 'piazzas' with cafes and restaurants, Residenza Borsari is a charming place to visit Verona. We started our stay with a glass of prosecco on the little balcony looking at the passing by people. Breakfast is served on the terrazza and you can talk to Luigi, the host, who will give you the best hints regarding the best foodie places in Verona. We will definitely come back:)
