The room was very large, comfortable, furnished in good taste and very bright - the fridge and kitchenette, and the fact that they provided clean towels and cleaned the room even though it was an apartment.

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. One even drove us to the nearby shopping centre as we are not keen on driving. The shopping centre is an easy (for some) 5 min drive away and the bus to the arena (city centre) is a 2 min walk with buses leaving every 15 mins and running late into the night. We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

Great place and great host. It's close to Verona (10-15 min drive)
and a great value for money. My room was large and of high quality. The
hotel is on a farm, which immerses you in nature and quiteness, but
still a very short ride away from the center of Verona. The host was
extremely friendly and always available to help you. She gave me very
valuable advice regarding Verona, restaurants, parking, etc. Easy to
find, even at night, using google maps.

Great apartment in nice area, great location - bus stop across road and taxi only 10E. We had a car & found the location easy enough to find- car parking no problem onsite. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Staff were fab, really helpful.

Second the rooms were a delight post staying in rather shabby rooms in rest of Italy - clean, had a rather long bathtub, loved the balcony, greenery to look forward to

We found Park Hotel Elefante at the last minute and I'm so glad we
did. We arrived late and were relieved to find that the hotel had a
restaurant where we had a great meal at a reasonable price. Location was
just outside of Verona and was extremely peaceful in comparison. Staff
were more than friendly and helpful and would recommend the hotel whole
heartedly.

This is home from home and a true jewel. Whole-heartedly recommended. -
We have stayed in many places in Italy and this had to be the best
accommodation experience by far. Sylvia and Sergio are the most
fantastic hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant
stay, we were sad to leave. Fantastic is the best word to describe the
wonderful service, breakfasts, location, views from the appartment and
the very large rooms. We will definately go back.

The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was very
stylish with a mixture of modern funishing (shower area) and large
mirror which is also a tv - plus some antique furniture. Everywhere
there are lovely finishing touches. There are some great local
restaurants - Ciccarelli is 5 min walk away, great food and atmosphere.

Amazingly friendly staff, Simonetta is an incredible friendly host. The owners did a great job renovating the place, the rooms are luxurious for a B&B, the garden is gorgeous. The location is a bit outside Verona, only 5 mins drive.
