Ce que les gens disent
I really like the man in charge. He's nice and explain the places of interest for me. Also, I heard that he helped show people around as the surrounding is very tricky. You should know that all the twisted roads make it impossible for the map to work in Venice. Also, I stayed in an all female room in which I made friend with one of the most interesting roommates i had on my trip. Given that I hate Venice because of the unfriendliness of the locals and awful food for tourists, having a nice room. tous commentaires »
First, This is the best location ever! I felt so lucky to walk out the door and have all the main places from 5_10 minutes walk.
Emilio was very helpful. his instructions confused me and he came to walk with me from the water boat stop. the rooms are big and you get a big wardrobe for your things' lock included. I loved there was an all female room! too many hostels say everyone must be in a mixed room. it is more comfortable to me not to have mixed gender.
This is my favorite hostel so f.
Beautiful place, you could not describe otherwise.
We lost the plane and Emilio was kind enough to expect over the check in, explained the road and we could find the place easily.
Our room was cleaned every day, the same for the bathrooms.
We were able to rent towels and bed linen, very clean and cheap.
On the departure day we were able to take advantage of the convenient luggage storage, as our flight was in the evening.
Again for sure!.
Clean rooms, new facilities - kitchen, bathroom, hangout space. Location very good and so easy to get to from the waterbus, but also easy to walk from central train station, Owner gave good instructions just email him. Reading previous reviews the owner has addressed many of the concerns.
Great location, the staff was great!! Emilio was super helpful, I was lucky enough he waited for me evenif I was super late for the check in and when I wanted to stay an extra night and he did not have any more room, he actually find me a place to stay!! THANK YOU!.
Being allowed to come and go as and when you please once you got given the keys.
Cheap rental costs for towels/bedding.
A lot of freedom, the lack of staff around, made it feel a lot more comfortable as a place to get ready and relax in.
Was wonderful!! Clean, centrally located and good value for tthe price. Fantastic position of the hotel and very friendly personal .
Good atmosphere, nice owner, perfect location, quiet and nice rooms.
Great beds!
Nice kitchen to cook.
The location, value for money as all accommodation in Venice are overpriced, clean.
clean and comfortable. great location as well.
Good location.
The location is great, right in center of Venice. The room was quiet,
quite spacious with comfortable (though squeaky) bed. Friendly staff (if
u were lucky to see one). There's a fully equipped kitchen.
The disadvantage was shared bathroom for 3 rooms.
The location is excellent.
The location was great.
big bed and loction.
Wifi is fast.
I didnt hate the hostel. I just hate Venice a lot. I'm the type of person who always needs space, so I found Venice horrible since there are so so many tourists there (tourists are more than locals just so you know). And locals just got tired of us. They are just unfriendly. I dont feel to be welcome in Venice.
seems expensive, but all of Venice is. The bathrooms need some repairs.
Only a fan in the room - venice in summer needs air conditioning - I would have been happy to pay for it.
This is pretty much a place to go to sleep at, socializing with other travelers is not promoted as it is in other hostals, so it is a bit harder to meet people.
Having to pay the council tax which increased how much we thought we were going to pay by 15€ !.
The bathrooms where not always clean but that was because of the other guests that made sometimes a mess of it.
You need to buy your own breakfast, it's not included and there is no food ready there. On the website was mentioned that everything was there for breakfast, but that's not the food :).
Nothing major.
guy isn't usually there so you need to tell him when you are planning on arriving so he meets you and lets you in.
No staff onsite anytime between arrival and checkout.
Like most services in Venice, it is overpriced with inadequate quality.
In any other town for more than 100 euros per night you'd get a much
better place to stay. Here there was no standard reception (a
guy/girl appeared in the morning for checkout and on request in the
afternoon for checkin), there was a queue for bathrooms (2 bathrooms for
the whole place) in the morning. All furniture was very basic. The place
is a bit difficult to find but that's to be expected in such a town.
The shower is a bit of a waking nightmare. But it was cheap accommodation in Venice, so don't expect much. Watch out for the time of arrival. It cost us a bit extra for arriving after nine.
I was in a 5 bed dorm that was a room that had been partitioned off so everyone had to walk through our "room" to use the bathrooms of which there where only two for the whole place. There was no air con and they have BED BUGS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BED BUGS!!.
I had a room in aflat which was occupied by several others.the bathroom was scruffy as was the whole apartment. I have never had to pay a supliment to have bed linen and an inadequate towel.I feel it was overpriced at 108 euros per night.
Too cold room even though heater is max because room is too big, No hot water in male shower, no receptionist on many time.
Refer had moldy food in it. Bathroom was not very clean. One bathroom shared by four rooms. Gas was turned off from the stove. Very very pricey for what you got.
The boss was strange. I was asked to tell the arriving time exactly, you know, when you travel, how can we know the exact time. Then I couldn't enter the door and waited outside for around two hours.
The boss is not a good person,One night stay, pay for two nights!it's unacceptable!.
This is a hostel and I paid for a two-bed room with shared shower. Those rooms are not located where you check in, so you have to walk 1km through the city with many stairs to get there after checking in.
Those rooms have glass doors, so you get light in whenever someone is turning it on by the entrance.
The floor was not clean.
The shower head and tube was broken.
The fridge was not clean.
There's no soap.
There's no mosquito net at the window.
There are no shelves or hangers for clothes.
