The location was great, and the apartment was spacious. Everyone loved it!

It took us a while to find the restaurant to get the keys, which was frustrating. But otherwise an excellent choice!

the owner is friendly.

the booking procedure, choosing a location and booking it and then the actual booking is in a total different place.

It was confortable and quite. Light comes in through the many windows which show a nice view over the roofs. Only the entrance to the apartments overflooded during "aqua alta" . Venice has this problema so it's not only to blame the owner about this.

Somebody enter with a key in our apartment one morning. They said had to take some pictures of trhe apartment, we never checked by the owner because he was not friendly at all, what is common in Venice ! People just want the money

The bar royale next to the apartment romantica , the stafs and owner is really good.

no Internet access, very bad. Check in place and the apartment is too far we have to carry luggage and its difficult To find.

Because this is an apartment, you can cook meals for yourself and everything is quite adequate :)

The most important thing I didn't like this Apartment is that it is very far from La Nuova Grotta restaurant where I have to check in. Thats why if there is any problems with your living in your apartment, you can't call anyone to fix these problems. Moreover there is no wifi in Saint Elina where we live :(

Apartment had a great location. Having everyone together was enjoyable. It was clean and well stocked.

There was a significant problem with the hot water. Most of had cold showers or no showers for 3 days. The beds were not very comfortable with poor quality mattresses.

location was good for getting around to see the sights

when the key was given we did not receive a map or instructions as to how to find the place, had to go back to get directions a 2nd time...not a good first impression

Location was great. All others factors made this a bad choice.

Beds uncomfortable. Shower backed up. No hot water. Sink drain inop. Musty smell throughout. Outdated fixtures and furniture. No air conditioning.

Plenty of room.

The hot water heater was turned off, no problem I found how to turn it on but it leaked onto an electrical outlet. Result two nights in Venice with no hot water and they failed to come up with a suitable solution to that problem. Oh and Venice for this apartment well I would use that term loosely, if you love long walks great its a good 30 minute walk to anything that resembles Venice. If you don't like walking for a family of 4 it will coast you 58 euro's each way on the water taxis.

The location was good.

The apartment was supposed to be aur conditioned - wasn't. The plumbing was faulty and flooded the entire living room. When we complained to the manager, he told us to give a bad review and that he didn't care.
