  Hotel is clean and nice. The room was big enough. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent. The same goes for red wine. The hotel staff was very friendly, although they did not speak much English. Location of hotel is good if you are exploring Umbria, like we did (10km form Perugia, 20km from Asissi, 15km from Todi…).   The accommodation was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. The location is superb and a great place to base your self for day trips to surrounding towns and countryside.
