Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio

The room was very comfortable and spotless.
They really made us feel at home, a tip for those who choose to stay there, have a drink in the balcony, relax and watch the lake....
Will definitely stay there again in my next trip to Sirmione. -

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. Nice and clean hotel in good location. Near the bus stop where you can catch bus to and from Verona and Brescia. Run by a family, the wife can speak English but not so much. But we still can manage to communicate. She is very helpful and provide information i needed. Sirmione is still 2-3 km away from this hotel, and for me the best thing to do is

The Hotel is family run and has a very friendly, welcoming staff and patron, David. Nothing is too much trouble. It has it's own parking, and is very close to the Lake and all other amenities that the area has to offer. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a good shower and had a fabulous terrace to sit and watch the world go by and the markets were terrific. There is also a private sun terrace for use by guests. We can't wait to return and will definitely stay longer than just 5 days.
