  The Hotel is in a suburban residential location, the whole area is extremely tidy. The staff is very helpful and the owner is an absolutely friendly and easy-going Italian man. Good breakfast. Close to Gardaland, which is a must to see with children. - This hotel was perfect for our needs while staying in Sirmione!
