  The owner is a little bit shy, but she's very helpfull. Bit difficult to communicate if you don't speak italian. The apartement was very complete and well equipped, very clean, quiet, nice view on the olive trees and fireflies, a compete kitchenette. Greatly located just 10 minutes from siena.   The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . The outside seating area was lovely and would be a great place to enjoy a nice chilled bottl - Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  When booking hotel in Siena, I was looking for free parking, free wi-fi and center location. All that you can find in Palazzo Ravizza, plus wonderful garden with amazing view. Breakfast is offered in garden, so that gives extra charm to that hotel. You need to know that when driving there you need to drive through the "Porto St Marco" gate, ignore the no cars signs and camera, when you get to the hotel, park anywhere, drop your bags, give them your registration and they arrange a permit for you and give you directions to their car park which is under the hote
