  If you don't mind walking up and down step steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

  Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed.
