Perfect location, helpful staff, large and well appointed room and fairly quiet.great location, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. perfect location, friendly staff. Perfect location between Vatican and Piazza Navona (many restaurants nearby). All top attractions on walking distance. Comfortable rooms, good beds, very clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast in bed. The hotel was spotless and very friendly. All staff were very helpful with firections and suggestions of places to eat.location, staff, all of it. very central. The room for 3 persons is very well equiped, spacious and is completely soundproof.I asked for 3 single beds due to a tall housband and student son and the beds were big enough for both of them. Excellent location. Every tourist attraction within walking distance. Bed, room and en-suite very clean, spacious and comfortable.Regular buses outside hotel to/from central train station.Wonderful breakfast in room. Friendly staff. Great location and good price. Breakfast served in the room. Location. Helpful staff.staff very helpful. good location near Vatican. Very nice, clean and spaceous rooms. Breakfast served in room.Excellent location, friendly staff, high quality and nice atmosphere. Nice and spacious room, and we loved the breakfast in our room!. Our family (3 person) stayed at the largest room in the hotel and it was very good: clean, smart and big. The location is exellent - close to the Vatican and not far from the main attractions. Good loacation, but bit noisy (there is a really big traffic on Corso Vittorio Emanuele). Friendly staff and great breakfast. The breakfast was nice and delivered when asked. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a good location. location, cleanliness, new furniture. Location. location. The hotel had issues with the phone company regarding the WiFi installation, while this issue is out of their control, it will be nice that this be available to customers soon. Noise from street, but not untolerable. I stayed in other hotel were same issue was much worse. In room breakfast was nice, but not anything to write home about.Parking garage nearby, however 40 euros per day. Silly as it sounds, the lightbulbs in the bedside lights were very bright and not ideal for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. There should be a bigger sign outside for the hotel. It was a bit difficult to find even though we had the adresse because of the tiny sign and doorbell which indicate the hotel is on the first floor. And we would like some ordinary bread/rolls or rosette for breakfast which consisted of sweet rolls. Need to ask for room with bath if one required. Small amount of traffic noise as you would expect but not enough to spoil sleep or stay. Room on a main street, so could hear street noise. Recommend requesting a room away from the main street. breakfast. However room was close to main road so noisy at night. Sound isolation could be slightly better. Our room was at the front (road) side, as well as near the reception and staff room, so it was rather noisy. The room faced one of the main streets of Rome and it was not very comfortable because of the noice.Internt is not available. We were told that hotel has some temporary problems with his provider, but according to the one of the above reviews (5th December) problems are not only temporary. And stuff at their desk does have internet... Unconomfortable beds. some points for further improvement: coffee/tea making facilities in the room, bathrobes, paperandpen on desk, radio, staff to carry suitcases up and down the stairs (no elevator).Smell from plug hole in bathroom. heating system. The hotel is well located if you intend to stay near Piazza Navona. But I'd stay in Eurostars near Piazza della Republica again and not in A. Riverdaci Roma. The hotel has a cold and not professional atmosphere. It's more like a hostel than a hotel. The breakfeast is really poor (only coffee and bread). If you want to eat some fruit or have juice you'll have to pay for that (something like EUR 5.
