The hotels is operated by family (I think)
It is good atmosphere and cozy.
All staffs are very kind and help us a lot.
The dinner they serve is good and good vaule for money including volume.
Especially home made sweet is excellent.
I recomend travelers have dinner in this hotel as well.
Over all we satified with this hotel and want to come back to this hotel again.

Extremely friendly staff,very helpful, nice and very warm room.
Breakfast buffet was good, spa area was very nice, not too crowded. Ski
bus stop in front of the hotel, 10 minutes ride to Malga Ciapela
(Marmolada) and 15min to Alleghe (Civetta). The bus was free. Big
parking in front of the hotel, some covered spaces are available.
Convenient ski store room in a detached hut on the parking.

Family run business who were very friendly and approachable. All food is made in house and excellent. Location was beautiful. the building and its fixtures are beautiful. -
