Une chambre douillette et agréablement décorée. De même pour la salle de bain.
L'ensemble était assez intime et on se sent très à l'aise dans l'atmosphère créée par la propriétaire. Nombreux tableaux, couleurs douces, fleurs... Petit déjeuner delicieux et gourmand. -

Very spacious apartment for the four of us. Very clean. Has all facilities. Excellent location to tour the south of Lake Garda including the beautiful lakeside villages and the adventure parks. Only 5/10 minutes away from Sirmione by car. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The young man at the reception (which is really a book shop) speaks very
good English and is helpful. If you come at a different time however and
he is not there you may not be as lucky with English. Good enough
breakfast considering the price. Very basic B&B but nothing big
really that we didn't like. -

We had great Holidays. Our room in the B&B Villa Filotea was very
comfortable and spacious. The owner was nice and always offered help. We

We stayed there for 2 nights and we were surprice how nice and friendly was the owner of the hotel (Roberto).
Room is small but clean and entrence is from the beautiful garden.
Breakfest was simple but with taste and fresh ingrediences.

Hotel is near to the lake beach and it it not far also to the most beautiful historic castle in the area.
We can realy recommend this place a specialy for young. -
Easy walking distance to the beach and only 2 1/2 Klm to old town. It was a nice, pleasant walk. Nice to have restaurant at hotel but other restaurants also easy walking distance from hotel. Staff very pleasant, approachable and English-speaking.
