Bon service, courtois. - EVERYTHING except the parking (we were in Pienza over the May Day holiday, which made this problem acute (since we needed to park near to the hotel due to the wheelchair). In addition, repairs were being made to the side road, where the parking spots were located, which exacerbated the problem.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

Liked everything about the hotel, lovely relaxed atmosphere in every aspect of the hotel, exactly what we expected when we booked it... Would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends and family, never had to remind staff which room we were in when making reservations or requests, and staff were very helpful and friendly.. -
