The attention to detail was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The country setting was lovely. The only problems we had were returning at the end of a days outing in the car as the GPS did not pick up all the small roads. A very detailed map is important to have. As well there are one way streets in the nearby towns so you don't always follow the same routes leaving the hotel and returning to it.

My wife and I stayed at the residence Degli Agrumi for 2 nights. It has an excellent location in the centre of town with the bonus of private, safe parking. Immaculate rooms - we had a lovely rooftop terrace from which we could glimpse the sea. Comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and washing machine. Loved the reception, both staff and room. When they gave us a ceramic bottle of water "old style, works by evaporation to keep the water cold", I knew we had landed somewhere "real". This was quite a find, and perhaps 2 kilometers from the ruins at Agrigento. The recommended restaurant, las pinetas, rounded out a perfect stay. -

The accomodation was perhaps a little basic but spacious and everything you need is available and functioning.
The island is perfect and peaceful. Some restaurants and little shops. All you need to relax at the sea.

This was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay in a peaceful rural setting. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful, with the only noise being the distant sound of cow bells, and could be enjoyed from deck chairs in the garden. Friendly staff, good restaurant. The whole complex was extremely nice and clean. Staff was helpful and evening entertainment especially for the young children was superb. We had a lovely ground floor apartment with ac in front of the pool. the hotel is walking distance from the centre and walking distance (about half hour) from lido burrone. Would definitely book there again.

Perfectly situated next to the beach with views along the coast and the old town. 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and professional. Room spotless and comfortable. Even supplied insect repellent although no problem with mosquitoes in April. Breakfast included local fresh fruit. -

Great breakfasts using produce from the farm and excellent cakes and pastries made fresh everyday. The lady looking after the breakfast service was very friendly, efficient and constantly smiling. We ate both evenings in the dining room and had 4 course fixed menu for 25 euros. The food was tradional and freshly cooked, again using local produce and was very tasty. The pool area was clean and set in pleasant gardens with ample seating. Just the place to stay and relax or to visit one of the man
